2 volumes, 87 & 97 pages, oblong 4to (c. 23 x 33cm), engraved throughout, plate numbers 53 and 91, contemporary green papered boards, manuscript label to upper covers with ownership inscription ("Victoire Lichtenstein"), upper cover of first volume detached, spines worn or lacking


The original owner of these volumes was Victoire Lichtenstein (1795-1866), the mother of Marie Lichtenstein, the god-daughter of Carl Maria von Weber, and the god-mother of Ernst Rudorff (1840-1916), who acquired them and others from the Lichtenstein Nachlass.
