The thirtieth instalment on the series’ title page in the spring section of Hiroshige’s final oeuvre. The artist Vincent van Gogh (1853-1890) had an impression of this print, creating an oil on canvas rendition titled Flowering Plum Orchard (after Hiroshige), 1887, exactly thirty years after the original work was published.
