the oval hinged top raised on turned baluster legs united by a peripheral stretcher

58cm. high, 61cm. wide, 79cm. extended; 1ft. 11in., 2ft., 2ft. 7in.

This rare form features typical old marks and scratches throughout. Slightly uneven top. The faded colour apparently as a result of 'scrubbing', there are localised areas in turned detail of original darker colour. Glued repair evident to underside of top along one a splits. The top attractively figured. Some evidence of old worm damage throughout. Fragmenting to small turned feet. Pleasing size.
