the numbered detachable moulded scroll branches with detachable shaped circular drip pans and conical gilt-bronze sconces, fitted into numbered niches at the central baluster columnar stem, rising to a bishop's Galero with heraldic tassle attributes and applied below with armorials three times, the stem further applied with gilt-metal scrolls and acanthus leaves, interior metal rod terminating in ring hanging mount
