The edges of the sheet have been bonded to a paper mount. There is a folding crease running vertically through the centre of the composition which has been retouched. There is a small associated tear to the middle of the top edge which has been restored and another restored tear further to the left. The top edge of the original sheet is deckled. Faint creasing is visible throughout. The surface is covered in a light layer of dirt and there is staining and smudging in places along the edges. Framed and glazed.
