in English, commending Beecham for his recording of the Sixth Symphony, brought to him by Sir Ronald Storrs, asking him if he can supply a replacement for the last disc, which is faulty, later informing him that he also lacks his recordings of the Violin Concerto with Isaac Stern and the Scènes historiques, and looks forward to hearing his forthcoming recordings of the Fourth and Seventh Symphonies, together with an effusive telegram thanking Beecham "from all my heart for your kind words and brilliant concert on my birthday"

"...Of your records I have got some which are all splendid. The Sixth Symphony, the Violin Concerto with Stern and the Historic Scenes, however, I have not received and I should of course be very pleased to have them. They tell me they are fine..."

4 items in all: the letters 4 pages, 8vo, one annotated by Beecham ("Reply personally TB"), with a copy of a telegram by Beecham, Järvenpää, 5 March 1949 & 2 July 1953
