Hermine aux jarretières rouges
signé pascin (vers le bas à droite)
pastel et aquarelle sur carton
35,1 x 34,6 cm; 13⅞ x 13⅝ in.
Exécuté à Paris en 1912.
Executed on cream laid paper, laid down on card which is affixed to the mount in three places along the left edge. The sheet is slightly undulating, and all extreme corners are rounded. There are a few repaired tears, the longest of which is approximately 15 cm long, located in the upper left quadrant. There is a repaired paper loss (approximately 1,5 cm wide) towards the lower left corner. There are scattered flattened creases in places. There are a few pinholes notably to the corners. The sheet is light stained with scattered dots of foxing. There is some abrasion along the extreme edges. This work is in overall fairly good condition.
