the rounded body in three lobed sections, surmounted by upright loop handles and supported on slightly tapering columnar legs, cast in relief with three gilded stylized taotie masks over a leiwen ground, with traces of gilt on the legs

With expected wear and pitting, and wear to the gilt as seen in the catalogue image. With casting imperfections including slight gaps. The bases of the feet unsealed.
