The canvas has not been lined. There is a pattern of hairline craquelure. Ultra-violet light reveals some relatively minor signs of retouching, notably thin strokes addressing craquelure in the sky, a couple of very small strokes to craquelure in part of the signature, and in the sky to the left between the bell-tower and sail.
