Condition Report

Overall in very good condition. The elm veneer presents with rich texture and enriched with superb burled details. The wood presents with surface scratches throughout, light abrasions and minor indentations to the edges concentrated to the tabletop and feet and not visually distracting. The proper right side of the tabletop with a chip to the wood covering an area measuring approximately 3/4 x 1/8 inch. The tabletop also presents with spotty areas of surface residue which can be cleaned at the client's discretion. An elegant piece with superb proportions.
