This chest has been reconditioned by the renowned Ateliers Brugier lacquer workshop in Paris and is in beautiful condition.
There is some expected surface wear and the lacquer has some scattered minor expected cracks and lifting. There are some expected minor losses and small replacements to the mother-of-pearl inlay, all commensurate with material and age.
