Overall the condition of the cross is good, with some wear and dirt to the surface consistent with age. There is wear to the enamelling, including areas of loss. There is some tarnishing to the metal throughout, as well as minor warping at some of the edges. The applique at the bottom is lost, with mount holes visible. There is rubbing to the Christ figure at the high points.
