height 11 ¼ in. by width 9 in.


worked in satin and "minute seed" stitching, depicting a mother sitting under a tree with a Palladian style home in the background, wearing a white dress with a garland of flowers around her shoulders and showing a bird's nest to her son, who is dressed in a brown skeleton suit and points at the nest.
