A small gold and enamel snuff box for the Ottoman market, probably Geneva, circa 1830-1835,

rectangular with rounded corners, the lid centred with an ogee-framed cartouche of a cloisonné enamel flower bouquet on pale dusky pink ground, surrounded by brightly-enamelled taille d’épargne scrollwork, flowers and cornucopiae on an opaque black enamel ground, the sides with almond-shaped ornaments including quatrefoils, tiny gold thumbpiece, unmarked apart from later French control mark,

Petite tabatière en or et émail pour le marché ottoman, probablement Genève, vers 1830-1835, 

rectangulaire à angles arrondis, le couvercle centré d'un cartouche en ogives contenant un bouquet de fleurs en émail cloisonné sur un fond rose pâle, dans un cadre en taille d'épargne brillamment émaillé, de fleurs et de cornes d'abondance sur un fond d'émail noir opaque, les côtés avec des ornements en forme d'amande incluant des quadrilobes, petit appui-pouce en or, non poinçonnée, à l'exception d'un poinçon de contrôle français postérieur,
