Set with old cushion-shaped and circular-cut diamonds, the flip-top cover accented by baguette diamonds opening to reveal a square dial, length approximately 190mm, dial signed Cartier, numbered, maker’s mark for André Vidal and partial French maker’s mark, French assay marks for platinum and gold, fitted case stamped Cartier.
