8vo (140 x 85mm.), black letter, contemporary sheep, blind-stamped central fleuron surrounded by double fillet and rope border with foliate cornerpieces, later lettering-piece, lacks all before B5, binding worn, upper cover detached, sold not subject to return


The rare first complete edition in English of Caesar's account of the Gallic Wars.
