In consecutive bottle numbers, excellent levels, color and clarity, labels 1 soiled and stained, slightly torn at top edge, 1 soiled and heavily stained, slightly nicked at top edge, slightly scuffed capsules, Wilson & Daniels importer's back labels

Great opulence on the nose, but controlled at this early stage. Immensely scented loganberries emerge if left in the glass. Violets and roses. Terrific impact on the palate. Coffee beans and beautiful, irony fruit. Stunning, with a thick, velvety texture. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
