Salon Le Mesnil, Blanc de Blancs 1982 Lot 6657: 6 bts - Good general appearance for age, 6 bts - In original tissues, excellent appearance, Lot 6658: 6 bts - u. 6bn, in original tissues, 3 bts - 1 label very slightly worn, packed in individual owcs taped together, lids replaced with card board, 3 bts - Scuffed labelsDisgorged specially in 2009. Lovely, mineral, 'iodé' nose. Not as broad and full as the 1985, with the 'sharpness' and freshness of the 1982 Chardonnay acidity. Distinguished, but not with the dimension of the 1985.
