The ceramic is sound. There is a horizontal crack running through the centre of the plate; this is inherent to the firing process and there are Madoura studio staples on the reverse. There are some very fine lines of craquelure to the white glazed parts, inherent to the firing process. Apart from some fine surface scratches, minor general wear, and light surface dirt in places, this work is in overall good condition.
