Great freshness, almost floral on the palate - lifted by acidity at the end. Black earth, salty/sweet, even peaty, smoky finish, like an Islay Malt! Fascinating. Then, from magnum in 2012, pure black earth on the nose and an 'end of cigar' finish. Outstanding.
