Condition

Within frame - textile visible: 40.5 by 59cm., 16 by 23¼ In very good overall condition, with balanced colour overall. The glass is not reflective, and therefore virtually impossible to perceive, and therefore the stitching of the textile are clearly visible and yet protected. Vestiges of dark linen support linen ground visible at extreme edges. Charming subject and variety of stitching. Deep gilt frame adding to decorative appeal. Professionally framed and mounted.
