Condition
The board appears sound. There are scattered air bubbles to the work, some with associated flattening of impasto tips and some with associated spots of paint loss. There is surface dirt and studio matter throughout. Subject to the above, the work appears in good overall condition. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals no obvious signs of fluorescence or retouching. The work is held within a canvas slip and a painted wooden frame.
