The canvas has a very firm relining, the paint surface is clean and the varnish is clear and even. There is rather a pronounced network of craquelure, particularly visible in the sky. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals small, careful spot retouchings scattered throughout, predominantly in the sky and in the water lower left. In overall good condition. Offered in a carved and painted wood frame in good condition.
