Condition
The sculpture appears to be sound. There is some very slight pitting to the surface of the sculpture at the lower right of the figure's neck, running up towards the ear, this is in line with the casting process. There is further pitting around the back of the shoulders, around the neck and to the base, with a couple of further chips to the base possibly in keeping with the Artist's working methods. There are areas of rubbing to the patina, particularly to the shoulders. There is some general surface dirt and studio matter. The work has an integral base.
