註：一九六○年春，趙少昂應三藩市砥昂博物館邀請，攜赴作品
赴美參展。展期為三月九日至四月五日，後移師至當地中華總會
館續展。他在加州逗留近半年方轉往美西，居停期間，訪友探
舊，作畫示範，遍遊名勝。本幅寫於荷里活，即在當地與舊交許
淑珍重晤時送贈。
劉紀文舊藏近代名家書畫（編號1143-1148）
劉紀文（1890-1957），廣東順德人。少入讀私塾，後赴石岐於商店任學徒。受書報宣傳之革命思潮影響，一九一○年加入同盟會。辛亥革命後赴日留學，追隨孫中山先生。回國後任職軍政府審計局局長。一九二三年往英國進修，並考察歐美各國之市政規劃建設。二六年回國，被任命廣東省農工廳廳長。翌年，國民政府定都南京後，獲委擔任建市後首任市長，出掌市政期間，致力發展基礎建設，令市容大有改觀。一九三○年調職上海，任財政部江海關監督。三二至三六年間，擔任廣州市長，大肆興革，如電力供應、醫療衛生等，尤以修建海珠橋最為人稱道。一九三七年，調任審計部次長，並一度署理部長職位。四九年政局遽變，他輾轉赴香港，復遷居東瀛。一九五四年定居台灣，擔任總統府國策顧問、光復大陸設計委員會委員之職。一九五六年因病赴美療養，五七年病逝於洛杉磯。
