Condition
This work is overall in very good condition. There are minor craquelures near the middle-left border. There are minor abrasions near the middle of the lower border.
There is no evidence of restoration under UV light.

在中國的鄉土寫實主義繪畫中，四川美術學院是不容忽視的一支，而朱毅勇正是當中健將。1982年在川美畢業並留校任教至今的朱毅勇，曾於1980年第二屆全國青年美展獲三等獎，1982年參展法國春季沙龍，而在1984年的全國美展中，更獲得銅獎。過去三十年間，他的作品在全球各地參展，如美國、日本、德國、香港、新加坡、台灣、義大利等，獲各地收藏。他善畫女性，在鄉土主題的作品當中，喜歡塑造傳統社會中大家閨秀的形象，她們不是深宮妃嬪，亦不是過年回家的媳婦，而是處於深閨的高貴婦女，擅長琴棋書畫，舉止雍容優雅，在《樂韻》中，少女手拉二胡，悠然端坐，張口欲唱，上衣的明黃、下裳的月白、背景的棗紅，三種對比鮮明的色彩，在柔和的光暈照射下獲得協調，氣氛亦顯和諧。
