Museum Spotlight: Showcasing Chinese Culture at the Hong Kong Palace Museum

Hong Kong’s West Kowloon Cultural District is currently one of the most ambitious arts & cultural projects in the world. Part of the plans include a new institution that will exhibit artefacts from Beijing’s Palace Museum. In this webinar, Sotheby’s Asia CEO Kevin Ching speaks with the Director of the new Hong Kong Palace Museum, Dr Louis Ng, about the plans to showcase Chinese culture in Hong Kong and how the development of the 7,800 square metres of gallery, theatre and concert hall space is coming along.
