The Perfect Wine for Every Holiday Party This Season

  • Thanksgiving
Chardonnay is a superb grape for Thanksgiving meals, pairing well with turkey and all the “fixings,” and pleasing many palates. Domaine Roulot’s 2008 Meursault Les Tessons, Clos de Mon Plaisir has the racy acidity to stand up to even the most decadent of dishes, as well as plenty of fruit to make it accessible and satisfying. Serve it below cellar temperature, but not too cold – this wine has a lot to say at the right temperature. Be sure to save some to enjoy with turkey sandwiches the next day.
