  To see a double-signed Patek is quite a rarity. To see one which was made with a portrait on the dial is almost ‘unicorn’ status of rare. This reference 2481 was made as a limited series commissioned by a Patek retailer in Saudi Arabia to commemorate King Saud ibn Abdulaziz in the late 1950’s.
