A collection of 140 iconic vintage dresses from the collection of Didier Ludot will go on sale in Paris on 3 October, in association with Kerry Taylor Auctions. The exhibition and sale will showcase pieces by the world's leading couturiers, such as Yves Saint Laurent, Christian Dior, Chanel and Balenciaga. A number of dresses from Ludot's collection were previously exhibited at the Galerie Charpentier, before being offered for sale by Sotheby's in July 2015. This presented collectors with a unique opportunity to view the exquisite haute couture craftsmanship of these museum-quality pieces up-close.
