he Distillers One of One, the world’s biggest charity whisky auction, has announced its return in 2027.
In its last three outings, The Distillers One of One has raised a combined total of $8.8m for charity through the sale of entirely unique Scotch whiskies. This auction stretches the creative potential of whisky bottling to present the most innovative pièce unique bottles and casks, with 100% of the hammer proceeds going to charity. These funds benefit The Youth Action Fund, an organisation that helps young people in Scotland in need of learning support and special education, transforming their career opportunities. Thanks to the generosity of the Scotch Whisky community, thousands of young Scottish people have already had their lives changed by the funds raised at these auctions.
The Distillers One of One is undoubtedly one of Sotheby’s most electric auctions, bringing bidders around the world together in Scotland and setting numerous records in the process. This auction returns for its 4th iteration as part of a renewed and extended partnership between Sotheby’s and The Worshipful Company Of Distillers that will see the charity auction continue biennially until 2033.
