Provenance
Most of the collection has been acquired over the past three decades from UK and local wine merchants. Almost 100% of the wines were purchased more than 20 years ago. Vintage 1995 and onwards such as Mouton Rothschild and Comte de Champagne were mostly ordered and purchased on release in parcel quantities. Sample bottles of Taittinger Comtes de champagne blanc de blancs 1995, Taittinger Comtes de Champagne Rose 1996, Krug Grande Cuvée (2003 release), Mouton Rothschild 1982, Latour 1982 & 1990, Lafleur 1989 & 1994, and Margaux 1990 were tasted by Paul Wong and Jacky Chan in January 2025.
Storage
The wines have been professionally stored in two professional, temperature-controlled cellars in Taipei since.
Inspection, Packing And Shipping
Onward shipment to Hong Kong was via a dedicated, temperature-controlled reefer container to Crown Wine Cellars from Taiwan. All the wines were packed by Sotheby’s Specialists in January 2025 and were inspected subsequently at Crown Wine Cellars in Hong Kong. This is a part of a much larger collection.

本窖藏的大部分佳釀是過去三十年來藏主從英國和本地酒商購得， 而像木桐堡、Comte de Champagne 等1995年及往後年份的美酒，主要是在剛發佈時原箱購入。 王浩東及陳祝安於2025年1月品嚐，樣品酒包括1995年Taittinger Comtes de champagne 白中白香檳、1996年Taittinger Comtes de Champagne 桃紅香檳、2003年Krug Grande Cuvée、1982年木桐堡、1982年及1990年拉圖堡、1989年及1994年Lafleur、1990年瑪歌堡。
儲存
所有酒品自購買起，均儲存於台北的兩個專業恆溫酒庫中。
檢驗、包裝與運送
葡萄酒均保存於專用恆溫貨櫃，由台灣運送至香港皇冠酒窖。所有葡萄酒皆於2025年1月由蘇富比專家包裝，隨後運往香港皇冠酒窖檢查。本場酒品僅為龐大窖藏的一部分。
