e are delighted to present our first live auction Spirits sale in Hong Kong. Rare and highly sought after Scotch and Japanese whiskies plus Kweichow Moutai are proudly featured. The best of Scotch whisky includes a series of rare age statement Macallan from 50 and up, such as The Macallan Lalique Genesis Decanter 72-Year-Old, The Macallan Red Collection 50-Year-Old and The Macallan 52-Year-Old 2018 Release. Other fine scotch highlights include a bottle of Bowmore Black The Last Cask 50 Year Old 1964, which has only 159 bottles in existence. For Japanese whiskies, a full set of 36 bottles of Karuizawa depicting Katsushika Hokusai’s the 36 view of Mount Fuji, and Karuizawa Noh 32-Year-Old Cask #4592 1977. Furthermore, a set of limited 35-Year-olds from Suntory is on offer, the Hibiki 35-Year-Old Kuntani Decanter Tokuda Yasokichi III and the Yamazaki 35-Year-old. Finally, Kweichow Moutai spanning 4 decades, from the 1980s to 2019 are showcased, including limited editions such as The Hong Kong Reunification with China Memorial Moutai 2010 and Kweichow Precious Moutai Aged 50 Years 2013.
香港蘇富比首度舉行現場烈酒拍賣，呈獻多款珍稀蘇格蘭和日本威士忌，以及炙手可熱的貴州茅台，讓惜酒之士一嚐市場上難覓的頂級醇醪。這次拍賣中最備受矚目的蘇格蘭威士忌，必數陳釀半世紀以上的麥卡倫（The Macallan）經典傑作，至尊珍罕，難能可貴，包括麥卡倫創世紀萊儷水晶瓶款72 年、麥卡倫 The Red Collection 50年，以及2018年麥卡倫經典雪莉桶 52 年。除了麥卡倫以外，全球僅餘159瓶的1964年 Bowmore Black The Last Cask 50年亦是備受追捧的優質蘇格蘭威士忌之選。如果喜愛日本威士忌，不妨考慮一套36瓶的輕井澤威士忌，這套醇釀設計獨特，瓶身印有浮世繪大師葛飾北齋膾炙人口的冨嶽三十六景，而輕井澤「能」系列1977年桶號4592的32年威士忌，亦是上乘之選。另一備受矚目的日本威士忌拍品，就是來自三得利的限量版35年珍釀套裝，當中包括「響」系列35年德田八十吉氏三世製九谷燒陶瓶裝，以及山崎35年，都不容錯過。除了威士忌，這次拍賣亦有幸上呈橫跨1980年代至2019年，陳釀40載的貴州茅台，當中更包括不少限量發售的絕版珍釀，如茅台香港回歸紀念酒2010年典藏版，以及2013年珍品貴州茅台50年。
