Sarah Andelman, celebrated for co-founding the legendary concept store Colette and her company Just an Idea, brings her unique perspective to this collaboration. Known for blending fashion, art, and design into cohesive and inspiring narratives, Andelman’s vision aligns seamlessly with the openness and modernity of Sotheby’s new space, designed with luminous interiors and expansive glass windows to welcome all. Her collaboration with Sotheby’s aims to blur the boundaries between tradition and modernity, exclusivity and accessibility.

At the heart of “Attention, Fragile!” is a celebration of skateboarding culture, inspired by the release of Skateboard Culture by Morgan Bouvant and Sébastien Carayol. Rooted in freedom, playfulness, and self-expression, skateboarding has transcended its origins to influence fashion, music, and design – echoing Andelman’s curatorial philosophy.

Visitors will discover a carefully curated selection of treasures, from jewellery, watches and handbags to contemporary art (Andy Picci, Ines Melia, Katerina Jebb, PZ), glass creations (Jonathan Hansen, Maison Balzac, Sophie Lou Jacobsen, Agustina Bottoni, Massimo Lunardon x Sam Baron, Helle Mardahl), Just an Idea books, as well as designer everyday objects (Gohar World, En Vrac, Eleonor Boström, Wish Cards) and gourmet delights (La Cavalerie, Sant Ambroeus, Palomas).
