Gaëtan Thibert honed his craft in Michelin-starred establishments such as the Ritz and George V. Classic dishes are elegantly reimagined, while pastry chef Emma Teulade, with experience at Le Cinq and Cheval Blanc Paris, creates exceptional desserts.
