Foolscap 8vo (151 x 85 mm, 9 of 12 leaves). Woodcut borders, anatomical man, and eclipse; lacking three leaves, browning and staining, some margins just shaved costing a few letters. Disbound, folds reinforced with Japanese tissue. Housed in custom clamshell case.

Rare in any state.
