This home ‘Icon Edition’ jersey was worn by Julian Champagnie on June 3, 2026, during Game 1 of the NBA Finals, when the San Antonio Spurs played the New York Knicks. This was Julian Champagnie’s first jersey worn in the NBA Finals.

Julian Champagnie has been a vital piece of the Spurs' success this season, setting a franchise record for three-pointers made in a season and emerging as a key contributor during San Antonio's run to the NBA Finals. The Brooklyn native and former St. John's standout carried that momentum onto basketball's biggest stage, turning in an impressive Finals debut in Game 1. Champagnie finished with 16 points, 10 rebounds, 1 assist, and 1 block, providing a critical scoring punch while showcasing the confidence and versatility that have defined his breakout campaign. He was especially effective in the first half, knocking down five three-pointers and setting a Spurs franchise record for made threes in a Finals half as San Antonio built an early lead. Although the Knicks ultimately rallied for a 105-95 victory, Champagnie's double-double performance underscored his importance to a Spurs team competing for its first championship of the Victor Wembanyama era.

Julian Champagnie went undrafted in 2022 out of St. John's University. At the time of cataloging, he has career averages of 9.4 points per game, 4.1 rebounds per game and 1.4 assists per game.
