Conceived between 1890 and 1908 and cast by the Georges Rudier Foundry between 1966 and 1969.

This work will be included in the forthcoming Catalogue critique de l'oeuvre sculpté d'Auguste Rodin currently being prepared by Galerie Brame & Lorenceau under the direction of Jérôme LeBlay under the archive number 2008-1844B.
