Distinct from any other timepieces in the Patek Philippe lineup, the reference 5235 is the brand's first annual calendar regulator wristwatch, showcasing unique features that set it apart from other collections.

Introduced in 2012, this watch not only incorporates a practical annual calendar for daily use but also features a regulator dial with two small hands for indicating hours and seconds, along with a central minute hand that highlights its significance. The symmetrical yet minimalist brushed silver dial exemplifies modern elegance and readability.

The case design draws inspiration from the iconic references 3448 and 3450, reinterpreting the signature crisp lugs in a contemporary style. The bezel and the tops of the lugs are mirror-polished, providing a striking contrast to the brushed lug flank and case band, while enhancing the watch’s innovative presentation. The watch is further presented in single factory sealed condition.
