Set with a step-cut sapphire weighing 25.89 carats, flanked by two tapered baguette diamonds, mounted in platinum, size 5¼, signed Bulgari, case stamped Bulgari.
Accompanied by Gübelin report no. 26037565, dated 24 March 2026, stating that the sapphire is of Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating.
