Cabernet Sauvignon 81%, Merlot 19%. This comes from the latest ever harvest at Giscours. In 2021, the bouquet is sweet and juicy, going through to the palate, with its Fortuny silk texture. So 'easy', yet there is real power and depth beneath. Serena Sutcliffe, MW
