Terms and Conditions

Air and ground transportation are not included. Travel must occur prior to December 31, 2028. Reservations for specific dates and residences are subject to availability. Blackout dates apply (including but not limited to the seven day periods surrounding holiday weeks designated by the Club).

Certain amenities require additional fees to be paid by the winning bidder. Vacation will consist of one stay of five consecutive nights in one Exclusive Resorts residence in the Club’s Peninsula Papagayo, Costa Rica destination for an individual (23 years of age or older) and his/her guests. Vacation is not transferable and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Exclusive Resorts occupancy agreement, including without limitation maximum occupancy restrictions. Maximum occupancy of 10 persons. Check-in for the reservation may occur on or after 4:00 pm local time, and check-out for the reservation must occur at or prior to 11:00 am local time. Booking window determined by Exclusive Resorts in its sole discretion. Travel must occur prior to December 31, 2028 and will be forfeited if not completed by December 31, 2028. Reservations for specific dates and residences are subject to availability. Blackout dates apply (including but not limited to the seven-day periods surrounding holiday weeks designated by the Club). Usage includes accommodations and certain services only. Air and ground transportation to and from destination and all other expenses, including but not limited to meals and drinks, phone calls, government fees, transfers, insurance, any taxes and optional activities such as golf or spa treatments are the sole responsibility of traveler. Winning bidder and his/her guests shall not be permitted to bring pets or other animals in or around any Exclusive Resorts Club Property with the exception of service animals for persons with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act, as amended.
