A rare carved archaistic qingbai tripod censer, Southern Song dynasty

Compare a closely related censer of slightly less bulbous form bearing a more crude rendition of the present design, uncovered from the Hutian kilns of Jingdezhen, illustrated alongside other related sherds from tripod censers in Jingdezhen Hutian yao zhi / Hutian Kiln Site in Jingdezhen, vol. II, Beijing, 2007, col.pl. 104, and zoomorphic legs, col.pl. 108.
