This vintage pair of Nike Canada Quick 4 track spikes is finished in blue suede with white leather Swooshes. The tongues are tagged with the original lowercase cursive Nike logo, absent a registered trademark symbol, reflecting their early production. The white tongues have aged to a light brown, and the shoes are missing their laces and spikes. The spike plates were designed for four spikes, and the shoes feature white outsoles and insoles.

The Canada Quick 4 was one of Nike’s early track spikes, designed as an affordable, versatile shoe for racing and training. An original Nike catalog describes the model as having “the finest blue suede uppers on a versatile 4-spike plate, feather-light, with deep cushioned heel and the comfort of velour leather, polyfoam tongue and Achilles tendon pad,” making it ideal for both competition and practice. Originally manufactured in Puerto Rico in the early 1970s, the present pair dates specifically to 1975.
