signed, dated 1943, with a dedication and 4 seals of the artist

設色灑金箋、水墨灑金箋 成扇 一九四三年作
款識：〈畫〉武陵春曉。癸未立夏日在滬壖松篁琴室，少雲樊浩霖。
〈書〉（惲壽平詩、畫跋四種）乃康先生雅屬，癸未新秋，古瀛樊浩霖。
鈐印共四方。
註：扇股出諸近代竹刻名家支慈厂刀下，一面刻高野侯繪梅，款「壬午冬，野侯寫於梅王閣」，落「野侯」印；另面刻高振霄書蘇軾〈望海樓晚景五絕〉之一，款「癸未孟夏，高振霄」，落「高」、「慈厂手刻」印。
