Widely regarded as one of the most iconic and desirable references by Panerai, the PAM0203 was released in 2005 in a limited edition of just 150 pieces worldwide. It was crafted as a tribute to the legendary 1950 Luminor 8-Day. It houses the Angelus calibre 240 movement — a historical calibre once used in military dive watches issued to the Royal Italian Navy. Originally designed for small 8-day clocks, each movement was meticulously dismantled, inspected, and reassembled by Panerai's master watchmakers over a two-year period. New components were manufactured where needed, making each PAM0203 not just a watch, but a piece of revived horological history.

The present example numbered 83 out of 150 pieces is offered in superb condition and comes as a full set, complete with original box and papers. The 47 mm Luminor case, vintage-inspired dial, and '8 Giorni Brevettato' inscription pay faithful homage to Panerai’s mid-century designs, while the storied movement inside speaks volumes about the brand’s dedication to craftsmanship and heritage.
