Launched in 1997, the Cabaret stood as the larger counterpart to the Arkade. Unlike its sibling, the Cabaret boldly embraced its fully rectangular form. This timepiece exemplified Lange's unwavering commitment to horological excellence, evident in the creation of an entirely new rectangular movement tailored for the Cabaret. This innovative movement not only featured the renowned three-quarter plate but also boasted a rare swan neck regulator, a detail more commonly associated with pocket watches than wristwatches. Reference 868.033 is housed in an elegant white gold case with a matching white gold bracelet, both exquisitely adorned with 678 pavé-set diamonds across the bezel, case, and bracelet.
