Set with five rectangular step-cut emeralds, surrounded by openwork leaf motifs set with step-cut diamonds.

Provenance: Countess de la Poëze

Françoise Laurence Staouëli de La Rochelambert (1829–1907), who became Countess de La Poëze through marriage, was appointed Lady of the Palace to Empress Eugénie, wife of Emperor Napoleon III, on January 29, 1855. She received this bracelet directly from the Empress. The bracelet has been transmitted then to the The Mailly-Nesle family
