Set with an oval ruby weighing 3.99 carats, framed with brilliant-cut diamonds, to the shoulders decorated with brilliant-cut and baguette diamonds, mounted in platinum, size 6½. 

Accompanied by Gübelin report no.18021027, dated 22 February 2018, stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating.
