Description
Set with carved emerald beads, interspersed with spacers set with single-cut diamonds and four strands of ruby beads.
Henri Droguet was a Parisian jeweller whose workshop was among the principal ateliers crafting gem-set and platinum jewellery for Cartier from 1900 well into the 1920s according to the author Judy Rudoe. His maker's mark features on many of Cartier's designs of the period including the 'Feeling Blue' brooch which was commissioned by the Countess Palffy-Daun of Hungary.
